Apple Lemon Fusion

Relieves bloating, gastritis and colitis.

Drink a maximum of 1 liter pay day, for 3 consecutive days at the most.

Ready in 12 minutes

Serves: 1


  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tablespoon of chamomile flower
  • 1 medium sized lemon ( 2 tablespoons full lemon juice)
  • 2 cups of water.


  1. Peel, core and dice the apple.
  2. Juice the lemon or use 2 tablespoons full of lemon juice.
  3. In a medium size pot, bring all the ingredients to a boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the juice and it is ready for drinking.
